ONLINE RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within seven days of the date it was received. All items must be in the condition they were bought in—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached. In addition, a receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer. All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the item.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

GIFT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to make return arrangements for any items received as a gift within seven days of the date it was received. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit only. Unless items is marked FINAL SALE. Original tags must be attached and receipt must be presented at the time of return. All sale items are final sale.
All sale and vintage items are FINAL SALE, Individual Medley will not offer refunds or exchanges for these items. All international orders are FINAL SALE, Individual Medley will not offer refunds or exchanges for these orders. Domestic and International Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.

Once Individual Medley has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Individual Medley is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

An email notification will tell you when your item will be ready for pick-up.
For international orders, every country has their own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. Please take some time to refer to the list of items restricted by your country before placing your order. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Individual Medley will not grant refunds of any kind. Individual Medley cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed.
